Do I need to pay for Notion to use this?
You can set this up in the free Notion account and involve 10 people in editing the FG. You can share a read-only version with your entire Cast & Crew. You may want to upgrade to the plus plan ($8/month) in the future if you require more crew to be able to edit the gameplan.
